TDY PODS is a subsidiary of Permanent Party Homes, a project under Hands On Purpose Enterprises (H.O.P.E.)— a faith-based nonprofit committed to restoring lives through innovative housing, education, employment, and empowerment.
TDY PODS are exclusively manufactured for use in Starter Villages, H.O.P.E.’s transitional communities that represent the first phase in the Homeward Bound journey from homelessness to homeownership.
We don’t just provide temporary housing — we build a bridge to long-term housing solutions.
Thus, Permanent Party Homes provides the final housing phase with their very own Permanent Party Homes Select. By progressing through Homeward Bounds' second phase into the Good Samaritan Village where participants complete the homeownership program.
Starter Villages: More Than Shelter
Starter Villages are purpose-built transitional communities where TDY PODS are deployed to provide individuals with immediate stability. Each village includes:
Secure private sleeping pods
Shared hygiene and laundry facilities
Access to case management and community support services
On-site workforce training and enrollment in H.O.P.E. programs
TDY PODS are prioritized for these Starter Villages, ensuring that those in greatest need receive assistance first.
