TDY PODS are constructed using high-durability composite panels with reinforced aluminum framing. Each unit is insulated for all-season comfort and designed to withstand harsh weather, vandalism, and frequent relocation.

Each unit can be assembled or disassembled in 90 minutes or less using basic hand tools and a team of 2–3 workers. All panels are bolt-and-nut connected — no heavy machinery required.

Yes. ADA-compliant models are available upon request for sleeping pods, and every hygiene pod includes one ADA-accessible stall with ramp.

Yes. While our primary deployments serve H.O.P.E.'s Starter Villages, second-place orders are accepted from:

• Cities and counties

• Nonprofits and faith-based groups

• Disaster relief organizations

• Transitional housing programs

• Small deployments: 4–6 weeks average lead time

• Larger village-scale orders: 8–12 weeks, depending on scope

• Emergency orders: May be expedited based on availability

TDY PODS require:

• Level surface (gravel, concrete, asphalt, or hard-packed earth)

• Utility access (for hygiene/kitchen pods: water, power, wastewater handling)

• Optional anchoring or fencing depending on local requirements

Basic pods do not include furnishings. However, the Kitchen Pod is delivered fully plumbed, wired, and exhaust-ready for commercial equipment installation. The Laundry Pod is ventilation and plumbing-ready for your preferred machines.

Yes. Customizations such as city seals, branded signage, or layout modifications for large-scale deployments are available with lead-time planning.

While TDY PODS are generally deployed at the organizational level, we are exploring sponsorship opportunities for individuals, companies, or churches who want to underwrite pods for families in need.

TDY PODS are built to last. With proper care and storage, the expected lifespan is 5+ years of regular use, with minimal maintenance. Warranties and service packages can be discussed during procurement.
